Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Items that have been shipped may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, with tags, and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@lotusintent.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send an item to the original shipping address or to our registered corporate address. After your request is approved, we will provide the applicable return address and instructions by email. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not charge restocking or return handling fees.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel unshipped items free of charge within 1 hour of placing the order. To cancel, contact us immediately. After 1 hour, fulfillment may already have started and the standard return process will apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. After review, we will offer an appropriate replacement or refund, including return shipping costs where applicable.

Product Variations and Non-returnable Items

Where a product page discloses natural or handmade variation, minor differences in color, pattern, shape, inclusions, or finish may occur and are not defects by themselves. This does not limit your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its product description. Custom or personalized orders are final sale unless required otherwise by applicable law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us.
