Return & Refund Policy

Returns
Items that have been shipped may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, with tags, and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at wangrunhui0607@gmail.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not charge any restocking or return handling fees.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel any unshipped items in your order free of charge within 1 hour of placing the order. To cancel, please contact us immediately at wangrunhui0607@gmail.com. After 1 hour, your order is considered final and unshipped items cannot be cancelled.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. After review, we will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion, including return shipping costs in these cases.

Non-returnable Items
Due to the natural and unique nature of each crystal piece, minor variations from product images are normal and do not qualify as defects or grounds for return. Custom or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at wangrunhui0607@gmail.com.
