Crystals & Crystal Jewelry
Our products include natural crystals, crystal jewelry (bracelets, necklaces, pendants, earrings, and rings), raw crystal specimens, crystal ornaments, carved crystal pieces, and crystal home decor items. Due to the natural formation of crystals, each piece is unique. Natural variations in color, shape, size, inclusions, patterns, and texture are inherent characteristics of genuine crystals and do not constitute defects. The product images on our store are representative samples; the actual item you receive may exhibit slight natural variations from the listing photos. These variations are part of what makes each crystal piece one of a kind.

We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any product or service you purchase will meet your expectations beyond what is described in the product listing. All crystal products are described in good faith to reflect their mineralogical properties, and any metaphysical or healing properties mentioned are based on cultural and spiritual traditions and should not be considered as medical advice, guarantees, or scientifically proven claims.

All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may, on a case-by-case basis, limit the quantity of any product offered to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Lotus Intent reserves the right to accept or reject your order at its sole discretion, for any reason. Your order is confirmed only upon acceptance by Lotus Intent. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it; once accepted, Lotus Intent may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests. If we do not accept, change, or cancel your order, we will attempt to contact you using the email, billing address, and/or phone number you provided when placing your order.

Your purchase may only be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Refund Policy [link].

You represent and warrant that your purchase is for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale or export.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. Title and risk of loss transfer to you once we hand the product over to the carrier.
