Conditions

Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Return

Email us at support@lotusintent.com with your order number. We will provide a return shipping label (free for Singapore orders).

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item, back to your original payment method.
