30-day returns for eligible items

Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Contact us first

Email support@lotusintent.com with your order number. We will provide authorization, the applicable return destination and instructions. Do not send items to the original shipping address or to our Colorado registered corporate address.

Return shipping and refunds

You pay return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect. There is no restocking fee. We do not promise a U.S. return warehouse or free return labels. Ask us about the applicable destination and expected return cost before ordering if these affect your purchase.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after receipt and inspection. Your bank may require additional time.
